Born in San Antonio, Texas. Graduated from Pleasanton High School in 2000. Attended The University of Texas at Austin and received a BA in 2004. Served in the Americorps program in 2005 and continues to volunteer within the community. Attended the University of Houston Law Center and received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2008. Enjoys spending time with family and volunteering at SPCA.
