Foreclosures Decrease in San Antonio Area

According to one survey company, the 90-day mortgage delinquency rate fell in June to its lowest point in two years. In June 2010, 4.83 percent of homeowners in San Antonio had officially fallen behind on their payments; during the same period this year, the figure had dropped to 4.21 percent. This bracket of the foreclosure market applies to homeowners that have not yet been placed into foreclosure, but are the most likely to do so due to their financial situations.
